Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at contactusmoonandback@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — US orders only.

What wax do you use?

We use a coconut wax blend — chosen for its clean burn, exceptional scent throw, and beautiful finish.

What are the wicks made of?

Crackling wood wicks, sourced and manufactured in the USA.

How long do the candles burn?

Approximately 50–60 hours with proper care — trimming the wick before every burn and allowing a full melt pool on the first burn.

Are your fragrance oils safe?

Yes — all fragrance oils are phthalate-free and skin-safe.

Why is my candle tunnelling?

Almost always caused by extinguishing too early on the first burn. See our full Candle Care guide for how to prevent and improve it.

My wood wick won't stay lit.

Trim the wick — break off the charred tip to ¼ inch. If it still won't light, absorb some wax with a paper towel before relighting.

There's white discolouration on my candle — is it damaged?

No — this is called frosting and is a completely natural characteristic of coconut wax. It doesn't affect the scent or burn performance.
