Purchasing something that will fragrance your space is understandably a tough process to work through. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at contactusmoonandback@gmail.com and provide some information as to what you are experiencing.  We can’t guarantee that every order will be refunded or returned but we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.   

DAMAGED CANDLES

We do our best to make sure every order is safely packed but sometimes things go wrong in transit.  If you do receive a package and your product is damaged, please reach out to us at contactusmoonandback@gmail.com with a picture of the product, a picture of the box to show it’s damage and we will work with you to make any accidents right. Please make sure this information is submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
